Meet the Stiles

Randy and Kelly Stiles share a commitment to helping people grow in biblical understanding, spiritual maturity, and faithful Christian living. Their ministry reflects the intersection of theology, discipleship, leadership, coaching, and the everyday realities of following Christ.

Their own story has been shaped by grace, a blended family, years of professional leadership, theological education, and a growing conviction that meaningful formation happens best in relationship. Together, they founded Stiles Ministries to create opportunities for believers to engage Scripture more deeply, better understand how God has shaped them, develop as leaders, and intentionally invest in the lives of others.

Randy and Kelly bring different experiences and perspectives to the ministry, but they share the same underlying purpose: to serve the Church by equipping believers to know Christ more deeply and live faithfully wherever God has placed them.

About Randy

Randy Stiles is the co-founder of Stiles Ministries, a Bible teacher, mentor, leadership practitioner, and doctoral student whose work focuses on the intersection of biblical theology, spiritual formation, discipleship, and leadership.

Randy earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, an MBA from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, and a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing doctoral work at Dallas Theological Seminary with a research focus on discipleship, mentoring, coaching, biblical wisdom, and the formation of Christian leaders.

Professionally, Randy serves as Vice President of Operations for Global Alliant, where he works across organizational strategy, operations, leadership development, contracting, and organizational growth. His professional experience gives him a particular interest in how Christian leaders integrate biblical conviction with judgment, decision-making, stewardship, and leadership in complex organizations.

In ministry, Randy teaches Scripture, leads Bible studies and workshops, mentors men one-on-one, and develops resources on theology, discipleship, leadership, and Christian formation. His teaching is rooted in a high view of Scripture and a conviction that believers should not merely know what the Bible says, but learn to think, live, lead, and disciple others from a deeply biblical worldview.
